Doppa.uz Service Rules
These Service Rules define the terms of use of the Doppa.uz online platform (hereinafter – the “Platform”) and are mandatory for all users.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Doppa.uz is an online platform for posting advertisements for the sale of new and used goods.
1.2. Using the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance by the User of these Rules, the Public Offer, and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. The Administration of Doppa.uz may modify the Service Rules without prior notice to users.
2. Registration and Account
2.1. To access extended functionality, the User must complete registration.
2.2. The User must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2.3. Each User may have only one account unless otherwise permitted by the Administration.
2.4. The User is fully responsible for actions performed through their account.
3. Posting Advertisements
3.1. Users may post advertisements only for goods and services not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or Doppa.uz rules.
3.2. Advertisements must contain accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
3.3. The following are prohibited:
- posting false or misleading information;
- duplicate advertisements;
- using someone else’s photos without permission from the copyright holder;
- posting ads for third-party services or links.
3.4. The Administration may edit, reject, or remove advertisements that violate the rules.
4. User Interaction
4.1. Users independently conduct negotiations and transactions.
4.2. Doppa.uz does not participate in payments and does not guarantee the honesty of users.
4.3. Offensive, aggressive, or fraudulent behavior is prohibited.
5. Paid Services
5.1. Doppa.uz may provide additional paid services.
5.2. Terms, cost, and payment procedures are specified separately on the Platform.
5.3. Refunds are made in accordance with the conditions of the specific service.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
6.1. The Administration moderates advertisements and user activity.
6.2. In case of violations, the Administration may:
- delete an advertisement;
- temporarily restrict access;
- block or delete an account.
6.3. Administration decisions are final and require no explanation.
7. Restrictions and Liability
7.1. Users use the Platform at their own risk.
7.2. The Administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements or user actions.
7.3. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Rules are an integral part of the Public Offer.
8.2. In case of contradictions, the provisions of the Public Offer prevail.
8.3. The current version of the Service Rules is always available on the Doppa.uz website.
